What is a Barstool Open?

The annual event places teams of four in a friendly competition of indoor/outdoor miniature golf at participating bars and restaurants. Foursomes sign-up for a course & travel from place to place testing their skills on fun fairway obstacles created by the participating businesses..
No dress code required, however it’s been a tradition through the years for players to come in costumes.
Must be 21 to participate.
Putters, golf balls & scorecards are included (keeping score is just for fun, everyone wins!, it’s all in the name of a good cause)
A Free Safe Ride Home is offered within city limits via a Taxi Service from 2:00-6:00pm
THE SALTDOGS PRESENT A BARSTOOL OPEN:
Baseball wasn’t the only attraction at Haymarket Park in Lincoln on June 29. The Lincoln Saltdogs hosted a Barstool Open on their concourse area that appealed to fans of both sports. $1.00 hotdogs, popcorn & beer were available throughout the night. Even the Saltdogs mascot, Homer tried his luck on the putting greens. View more event pictures here
Twelve year-old Sarah Schilmoeller from Lincoln was chosen through a raffle drawing to throw out the first pitch for United Cerebral Palsy of Nebraska.
Thank you again to The Lincoln Saltdogs for hosting this unique event and of course to all the sponsors of the day, we are so grateful for your support!
